Homeschool Experience Scholarship

Purpose
Imagodei Academy is excited to offer Homeschool Experience Scholarships designed to enrich your scholar’s learning through meaningful, real-world experiences.

How It Works
Families may apply for a scholarship to support a homeschool-related experience or activity within their local community.

Eligible Experiences
The experience should be:

• Homeschool-related and educational

• Located in your community

• Something new for your scholar (not already part of your regular homeschool routine)

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• A class or workshop

• A museum, science center, or historical site visit

• An educational program, camp, or short course (in person or online)

If you need help finding an experience or activity, we are happy to assist.

Scholarship Coverage
Imagodei Academy will cover the cost for the selected scholar to participate in the approved experience or program.

Our Goal
We hope this scholarship provides your scholar with a fresh opportunity to explore new interests, gain hands-on learning, and grow beyond their everyday homeschool activities.

Eligibility:
This scholarship opportunity is available to currently enrolled Imagodei Academy students only.

Scholarship Window:

Eligible activities must take place between March 1 – May 29, 2026.

Application & Approval Process:

1. Submit Activity Details in Advance

• At least 1 week (7 days) prior to the start date of the event/activity.

• Provide the name and description of the event or activity.

• Include the total cost of participation.

2. Eligibility Review

• The scholarship committee will review the submitted information to determine whether the activity meets scholarship criteria and the amount awarded.

• Scholarships will be awarded based on available funds and may cover all or part of the total cost of participation. Once the scholarship amount is determined, you will be informed of the reimbursement you can expect to receive.

3. Approval Notification

• Applicants will receive confirmation if the activity is approved for reimbursement under the scholarship guidelines.

Reimbursement Process:

1. Attend the Approved Activity

2. Submit Documentation

• Provide a copy of the invoice and/or receipt for reimbursement.

• Submit photos or videos from the activity.

• Share a brief reflection explaining how the experience enhanced your homeschool education.

3. Scholarship Disbursement

• Approved reimbursements will be issued via check.
